He felt that the fact that the developers had donated <br />some road right-of-way should be considered. <br />Chairman Scurlock disagreed as he felt the developers were <br />getting a road built giving them access to a beautiful stretch of <br />property along the river. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The Motion <br />passed by a vote of 3-1 with Commissioner Bowman <br />dissenting. <br />36 <br />
