Because of this, he felt it was
necessary to amend our Ordinance to reflect the changes in
accordance with the newly created Section 720. Basically, this
replaces the old section by adding a lot of new duties, creating
a Board, requiring things of both owners and renters, and
preempts some local legislation.
Attorney Wilson continued to review some minor changes
involved.
The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard.
There were none.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED
by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously
(4-0) closed the public hearing.
ON MOTION BY Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by
_ Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously (4-0)
adopted Ordinance 84-90 amending the County Code
of Laws, Section 16, Article II, re the Florida
Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Act.
66
