It is classified as one or the other and commercial <br /> development should not be allowed adjacent to single family <br /> residences. <br /> I am appalled at the makeup of the advisory committee, which <br /> apparently consists of real estate professionals who have a monetary <br /> interest in the rental properties and other owners of vacation rental <br /> properties who stand to gain financially from the ordinance. <br /> I have been a Real Estate Broker in Indian River County for forty years <br /> and abhor the greediness associated with the commissions derived <br /> from vacation rentals.
