Brandenburg <br />County Attorney <br />Indian River County <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />Dear Mr. Brandenburg: <br />There are twenty-three tax certificates from the tax <br />certificate sale of June 1, 1982, held in the name of <br />Indian River County, which are now over two years old. <br />The County should apply for tax deeds on these certificates. <br />A list is enclosed. <br />The 20 -Year Tax Search Fee is $45.00 per parcel, or a total <br />of $1,035.00. When the tax deed applications are ready to <br />certify to the Clerk of Circuit Court, it will be necessary <br />to have a $12.00 fee for the Sheriff's posting fee on one <br />parcel which has an improvement and the Clerk's fees and <br />' advertising costs are $73.10, each parcel, or a total of <br />$1,681.30. <br />The enclosed tax deed applications must be signed and <br />returned to our office. <br />Since ely yours, <br />Gene E.
