Commissioner Wodtke commented that we do not know what will <br />happen re annexation into the City of Sebastian-, and it seems we <br />are leaving an unincorporated area between Wabasso Road and the <br />City of Sebastian for which we are not planning service. <br />Director Pinto did not feel the lines or areas are so <br />specific that a block or half a mile away you are never going to <br />get service. He noted that once the project is completed and the <br />model set up, it simply becomes a matter of punching in numbers <br />to expand the area. Director Pinto stated that he could not <br />emphasize enough how much this study will mean in relation to <br />determining where a new project possibly could cause problems in <br />the entire system. <br />Commissioner Wodtke wished to know where the money for the <br />study is coming from; Director Pinto explained that most of the <br />money was budgeted, but some amendments have been made to the <br />scope of work and that would come out of Utilities contingency. <br />Commissioner Wodtke inquired about the MSTU, and Adminis- <br />trator Wright pointed out that this study will affect the entire <br />county. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) approved the Master Water Plan Agreement <br />with Boyle Engineering Corporation and authorized <br />the signature of the Chairman. <br />(Said Agreement is on file in the Office of the Clerk) <br />CITATION AUTHORITY FOR ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER <br />Assistant County Attorney Chris Paull reviewed the following <br />memo: <br />57 <br />D E C 1 2 1984 BOOK FAGE�J <br />
