the transportation study calls for, and the developer would be <br />allowed to build when the County received enough funds from <br />other people to put in the improvements to correct the roadway. <br />Commissioner Bird asked the status of the projects on the <br />south portion of the island in regard to the resolution. <br />Director Keating explained that only one unit per acre <br />would be allowed because we are over capacity on both the <br />bridges. He felt that we don't have a critical condition on the <br />Wabasso Bridge right now, but when Bay Tree and other <br />developments are all built out in perhaps 10 years, the bridge <br />would be close to capacity. <br />Director Keating felt that as long as the resolution is <br />still in effect, staff had sufficient direction as to how to <br />proceed.
