JAN 2 1995 F <br />Attorney Brandenburg wished to add a discussion regarding a <br />proposed Resolution amending the previous Resolution setting <br />density at one unit per acre on the barrier island as required by <br />the Hutchinson Island Resource Management Plan. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />added the above items to today's agenda as re- <br />quested by the Administrator and the County <br />Attorney. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 28, 1984. <br />Commissioner Bowman requested that the first two paragraphs <br />on Page 18 be reworded to read as follows: <br />"Commissioner Bowman asked if the area was on the sand ridge <br />which is environmentally sensitive (because the shallow aquifer <br />is beneath it), and Mr. Shearer confirmed that the property was <br />pretty close to the sand ridge." <br />"Commissioner Bowman then asked if there would be any toxic <br />waste associated with heavy industry that could adversely affect <br />the aquifer under the sand ridge, and Mr. Shearer felt there was <br />not." <br />The above correction having been made, ON MOTION <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Bowman, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting of November 28, 1984, as <br />written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 5, 1984. <br />There were none. <br />2 <br />
