EXHIBIT "A" <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of <br />Block 3, EDGEWATER PARK SUBDIVISION according to Plat Book 1, Page <br />23, Public Records of St. Lucie County, (now Indian River County, <br />Florida) and Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. #1 as same now <br />exists, run Northwest on the Westerly right-of-way line of said <br />highway a distance of 350 feet; <br />1. thence, run Southwest 14.5.30 feet parallel to <br />the Southerly line of said Block 3, also known <br />as the North line of that certain property <br />conveyed to Henry Storch as recorded in <br />Official Record Book 131, page 43, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida, to the <br />Easterly right-of-way line of the Florida East <br />Coast Railway; <br />2, thence, run Northwesterly on the Easterly <br />right-of-way of Florida East .Coast Railway, a <br />distance of 142.76 feet to the True Point of <br />Beginning; <br />3. thence, continue on the Easterly right-of-way <br />of the Florida East Coast Railway, a distance of <br />163.94 feet; <br />4. thence, run Easterly 174.068 feet parallel to <br />the Southerly line of Government Lot 6 to the <br />Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. 1 (State <br />Road 5 ) <br />5. thence, run Southeasterly 100.00 feet on the <br />Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. 1 (State <br />Road 5); <br />6. thence, run Southwesterly 154.73 feet parallel <br />to the Southerly line of said Block 3 to the <br />True Point of Beginning. <br />Said land lying and being in the City of Sebastian, <br />Government Lot 6, Section 6, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, <br />Indian River County, Florida; and together with 1 tract of land in <br />the town of Sebastian, Florida, beginning at the Northwest corner <br />on the line between Kirk Brothers and J.
