Additional Information Requirements: <br />i. Site plan proposed by a Florida registered engineer shall <br />show the proposed utility system together with the existing <br />utility system, of which the proposed system will be an <br />integral part, pursuant to the requirements of Section 23. <br />ii. A statement shall be submitted which explains the function <br />of the proposed improvement and its consistency with an <br />overall utility system plan, as well as the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />C. Criteria for Public and Private Utilities, Limited: <br />i. Limited public and private utilities shall include the <br />following when they are the principal use on a lot: elec- <br />trical substations, package treatment plants, water puri- <br />fication, storage and pumping facilities, sewage pumping <br />facilities, and similar utility uses. <br />ii. All above ground facilities shall be contained by a six (6) <br />foot fence or wall. Proper signs shall be posted every <br />three (3) feet upon the walls and/or fence when the facility <br />is deemed as being a potential hazard to the public. <br />iii. All below ground cables within a utility right-of-way shall <br />be made known to the public through the use of signs posted <br />therein. . <br />iv. All above ground- facilities shall be no closer than fifty <br />(50) feet to any residential property line. <br />« <br />V. In all zoning districts except the industrial districts, all <br />equipment, machinery and facilities which cannot by their <br />size or nature be located within an enclosed building shall <br />be completely screened from the view of surrounding prop- <br />erties. <br />vi. All buildings and parking and loading areas shall be located <br />a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet from any lot line adja- <br />cent to a residential zoning district. This twenty-five <br />(25) foot yard shall be heavily landscaped. <br />3. Transmission Towers (Radio, T.V. and Microwave). (Special Exception) <br />a. Districts Requiring Special Exception: Transmission towers may <br />be allowed in the A-1 district upon receiving approval as a special <br />exception as provided in Section 25.3 and after meeting the require- <br />ments defined below. <br />b. Additional Information Requirements: <br />i. Applicant shall present documentation of the possession of <br />any required license by and federal, state or local agency. <br />ii. A site plan, pursuant to the requirements of Section 23. <br />C. Criteria for Transmission Towers: <br />i. All towers shall have setbacks from all property lines equal <br />to one hundred ten (110%) percent of the height of the <br />proposed structure. This provision may be waived or mod- <br />ified upon a recommendation by the Director of Public Works. <br />ii. Distance of any guy anchorage or similar device shall be at <br />least ten (10) feet from any property line. <br />
