P R O C L A M A T I O N <br />Y <br />WHEREAS, JOHN ALLEN began his career with Indian River <br />County on the 28th day of April, 1969 and since that time has <br />shown loyalty and dedication as an employee; and <br />WHEREAS, JOHN ALLEN is retiring effective the 31st day of <br />January, 1985 as Custodian of the Indian River County Courthouse <br />and Annex; and <br />WHEREAS, JOHN ALLEN is immensely proud of the Indian River <br />County Courthouse and Annex grounds and has worked diligently to <br /><: <br />keep the grounds maintained in a park -like manner which is <br />enjoyed not only by County employees, 'but by all the citizens <br />of Indian River County; and v <br />` <br />a <br />WHEREAS, JOHN ALLEN started employment 'as Keeper of 'the <br />Courthouse and advanced to "Ambassador of Good -Will"; and. <br />WHEREAS, JOHN ALLEN's charm, wit and willingness ,'to <br />cooperate have been a joy and delight and he will be 'greatly <br />missed by his co-workers and the .citizens of Indian River County; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, JOHN ALLEN has had a thorough understanding of the. <br />= <br />.work he performed and during his employment was 'a very faithful <br />� <br />and conscientious employee and showed a willingness to cooperate <br />.<t.� <br />:. <br />rz <br />far beyond our expectations; <br />a4 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF ..COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER.COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Board on <br />} <br />' <br />... .. , .. <br />, <br />y� t ;mss• <br />behalf of itself expresses gratitude to JOHN ALLEN for his fine <br />, <br />employment record and contribution to Indian River County and- <br />:; <br />.wishes him a very long and happy retirement. <br />Dated this 23rd day of January, 1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />' <br />IZDIANRR COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />op <br />/0,4B <br />K B.
