BOOK �': r, F 770 <br />0 <br />ORDjtgANCE NO. 8 5 - 7 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation <br />thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following describ- <br />ed property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />PARCEL #1: Beginning at the SE corner of the SE% of the N54- of <br />Section 24, Township 33S, Range 39E. Thence run North 7351, West 760' <br />for POINT OF BEGINNING, thence run South 57'6", thence West 1601, <br />thence North 5716", run East 160' to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />PARCEL #2: Beginning at the SE corner of the SES of the NF%, of <br />Section 24, Township 33S, Range 39E. Thence run North 6201, West 755' <br />for POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence run North 5716", thence West 1659, <br />thence South 5716", run East 165' to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />PARCEL #3: Beginning at the SE corner of the SE -4 of the NFr of <br />Section 24, Township 33S, Range 39E. Run North 420', West 920', North <br />110' to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
