MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, that the Board authorize the <br />Chairman to write a letter to the St. Johns Water <br />Management District requesting a Public Hearing on <br />the matters discussed by Mrs. Wilson. <br />Commissioner Bird believed this situation was of such a <br />magnitude that we should know exactly what is going on out there. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
