described herein shall revert to Carl D. Klickman, Sam W. Klein <br />and Belle M. Deitch; and <br />5. That a sketch of the parcel herein described, <br />including a statement of the total acreage of that parcel is <br />attached hereto as attachment "B"; and <br />6. That a fence presently located on the parcel <br />described herein shall be relocated on the property of Carl D. <br />Klickman, Sam W. Klein and Belle M. Deitch at County expense; and <br />7. That the County agrees to begin construction of a <br />bridge within the Lindsey Road right-of-way and across Lateral H <br />Canal within two years from the date hereinafter set forth. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
