REFERENCES: TM#85-109 <br />Staff Planner Caprino/DIS:STAN <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at <br />their regular meeting of February 13, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On March 22, 1984, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />the site plan application submitted by John Schlitt, Jr. <br />(agent, for the owner, Ralph Capporino) to construct a 4,600 <br />square foot restaurant located on the east side of 86th Avenue, <br />approximately 430 feet south of State Road 60. <br />On August 3, 1984, the applicant obtained administrative <br />approval to reduce the building's square footage to 4,050, and <br />to reduce the number of parking spaces from 74 to 62. <br />During the past year, the applicant spent a long period of time <br />in working out the details of providing water and sewer service <br />to the project. As a result, construction of the project has <br />not yet commenced. <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(h)(1)(a)-Appendix A of <br />the County Code, Mr. Schlitt, on behalf of Mr. Capporino, is <br />requesting an extension of site plan approval, as administra- <br />tively amended, for 1 (one) year. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the request made on behalf of Mr. <br />Ralph Capporino for a 1 (one) year extension of the site plan <br />approval to construct a 4,050 square foot restaurant on the <br />east side of 86th Avenue, south of State Road 60. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(3-0) granted a one year extension of site <br />plan for Ralph Capporino as requested. <br />� F.
