UTILITY EASEMENT <br />BOOK � �� ®® JJ�� <br />�taS FF.JC C.�`�6 <br />In consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and <br />other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged from Indian River County, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, the undersigned, owner of the <br />premises described below, does hereby grant to the Southern Bell <br />Telephone & Telegraph Company, its agents, successors, assigns and <br />allied and associated companies, a Utility Easement to construct, <br />operate, maintain, or remove such lines or systems of <br />communications or related services as the grantee may require, <br />consisting of: <br />(1) poles, guys, anchors, aerial cables and wires; <br />(2) buried cables and wires, cable terminals, markers, <br />splicing boxes and pedestals; <br />(3) conduits, manholes, markers, underground cables and <br />wires; <br />(4) and other amplifiers, boxes, appurtenances or <br />devices <br />upon, over and under the following described property: <br />The East 15.00 feet of the West 40.00 feet of the <br />West 10.07 acres of the East 20.07 acres of Tract <br />12, and the East 10 acres of the West 20 acres of <br />Tract 12, Section 27, Township 32 South, Range 39 <br />East, according to the last general plat of lands of <br />the Indian River Farms Company, filed in the Office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25; said land <br />now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, <br />excepting therefrom rights of way for drainage <br />canals and public roads. <br />The following rights are also granted: ingress and <br />egress to said premises at all times; to clear the land and keep <br />it cleared of all trees, undergrowth or other obstructions within <br />the easement area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all <br />dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees or limbs outside of the <br />easement area which might interfere with or fall upon the <br />installations of grantee. <br />To have and to hold the above granted easement unto <br />Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company, its successors and <br />assigns forever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have caused this <br />instrument to be executed by its duly authorized officers on <br />20th day of February , 1985. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political <br />subdivision of the State of <br />Florida <br />B <br />Chairman <br />Attest: <br />By p-e�a' /S �- Apnrov^d as t orm 7 <br />Clerk of Circuit Sburt and !`' `, r nr <br />Gary E nderburg <br />Cou ty Attor <br />4 0 ��� <br />
