010t+MrnXI C <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective <br />upon receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official <br />acknowledgment that this ordinance has been filed with the Depart- <br />ment of State, and shall be applicable to all Stormwater <br />Management permit applications received by the County after such <br />effective date. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 20th day of February , <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />PATRICK ONS, Chairman <br />Note: Additions to existing law are underlined; deletions are in <br />struek-through-bppe . <br />AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF VERO BEACH RE HUTCHINSON UTILITIES, INC. <br />Administrator Wright noted that we have had some discussion <br />on this agreement in the past, but we have just been handed some <br />additional information, and he, therefore, would like to defer <br />this item. <br />Commissioner Scurlock stated that he had thought we had a <br />tentative agreement, and Administrator Wright explained that the <br />City of Vero Beach at their meeting last night did not agree with <br />the agreement we had negotiated originally. <br />City Manager Little informed the Board that he is back again <br />to see if he can make something happen that we have been trying <br />to accomplish for twelve years. What happened at the meeting <br />last night is that the City submitted a variation of the <br />agreement that the County staff did not quite find acceptable, <br />and looking at it in depth this morning, Mr. Little could see <br />some reason why the County has some difficulties with it.
