MAR 6 1985 BOOK 60 FACT 117 <br />February 8th the County Commission received a letter in which <br />Farm Bureau stated they would no longer be providing coverage <br />under this particular bond, but Attorney Bogosian stated that <br />after reviewing it, he determined they had no right to <br />discontinue the bond. He wrote Farm Bureau accordingly, and he <br />interprets their return letter addressed to the Board to mean <br />they are renewing the bond by shifting it to another company. <br />• Attorney Bogosian was satisfied his client will have an adequate <br />bond. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />authorized staff to call down the bond by March 15th <br />if it is not renewed in satisfactory form by that <br />date. <br />SET PUBLIC HEARINGS TO ADOPT NEW ZONING DISTRICTS <br />Administrator Wright informed the Board that he had a very <br />short emergency item to add to the agenda re adoption of the new <br />zoning districts. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0 <br />added the emergency item as requested by the Admin- <br />istrator. <br />Planning Director Keating noted that the new zoning <br />districts have been adopted, but in order to convert the existing <br />districts into the new districts, it is necessary to have a <br />public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission and two <br />evening public hearings before the County Commission. The <br />hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission is set for the <br />fourteenth of March. Director Keating could not estimate how <br />76 <br />
