Wednesday, March 13, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, March 13, 1985, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Patrick B. Lyons, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Vice <br />Chairman; Richard N. Bird; William C. Wodtke, Jr., and <br />Margaret C. Bowman. Also present were Michael J. Wright, <br />County Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; L.S. "Tommy" Thomas, <br />Intergovernmental Relations Director; Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB <br />Director; and Barbara A. Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and <br />Commissioner Bowman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a report on yesterday's meeting of the South <br />County Fire Advisory Committee. Commissioner Scurlock also <br />requested the postponement of Item 6 - Discussion re St. <br />Francis Manor Lease - until the meeting of March 27, 1985, <br />at the request of Frank Zorc. <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of the matter of Florida National Bank's commitment <br />of finance on the SR -60 wastewater project. <br />MAR 13 1985 Boa O PA -112.04 <br />
