FF ­ <br />BOOK, 60 FAGS 2,84 <br />(King's Highway) and SR 60, is one of those projects which fell <br />in the category of those that did not have wastewater service <br />available; so, in order to obtain a C.O., they had to supply a <br />Irrevocable Letter of Credit for $76,000 to bond off a wastewater <br />package plant.
