� r � <br />Wednesday, March 27, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />March 27, 1985, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Patrick B. <br />Lyons, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Vice Chairman; Richard N. <br />Bird; William C. Wodtke, Jr., and Margaret C. Bowman. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Gary <br />Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; L.S. <br />"Tommy" Thomas, Intergovernmental Relations Director; Jeffrey K. <br />Barton, OMB Director; and Barbara A. Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and Commissioner <br />Scurlock led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Attorney Wright requested the addition to today's Agenda of <br />the matter of issuing a Certificate of Occupancy for Marsh <br />Island. <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of an item re the -DNR application for dune restoration at <br />Round Island Park. He also requested the addition of a <br />discussion re an attempt by Seminole County to modify certain <br />judicial circuits, which would result in Indian River County <br />being moved to the 18th Judicial Circuit to join Brevard County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously added <br />the above items to today's Agenda. <br />MAR 2 7 1985 BOOK FAG 9 <br />
