<br />sitting as the local planning agency, denied the
<br />site Plan application submitted by Florida Adan
<br />tic AesocWas to modify the approved site plan .
<br />for the recreation complex at Village Green
<br />-Phase IV. -
<br />The Indian River County Board of County
<br />Commissioners will conduct a public hearing, re-
<br />garding the appeal by Florida Atlantic Associates
<br />of the decision by the Planning® and Zoning Com-
<br />mission to deny the alta plan. The public hearing,
<br />at which parties in interest and citizens shsll
<br />have an opportunity to be heard, will be held by
