REFERENCES: Oslo Ridge <br />, <br />Staff Planner DIS:STAN <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at <br />their regular meeting of April 3, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />A formal preliminary plat application for this proposed <br />subdivision was submitted and accepted by the County on June <br />11 1983, while the old subdivision ordinance (75-3) was <br />still in effebt. The new subdivision ordinance (83-24) was <br />adopted on July 20, 1983. Section 13 of Ordinance No. 83-24 <br />states that "All subdivisions submitted to and accepted by <br />Indian River County as of the date of adoption of this <br />ordinance may be reviewed under the provisions of former <br />Ordinance No. 75-3". This application is being reviewed <br />under former Ordinance No. 75-3. Therefore the Board of <br />County Commissioners is the body that considers and may <br />grant preliminary plat approval for the proposed subdivi- <br />sion. <br />Oslo Ridge Subdivision is a proposed 26 lot subdivision <br />located on the north side of 11th Lane S.W., just west of <br />Old Dixie Highway. The proposed subdivision is ± 8.67 <br />acres, and is zoned R-1 (Single -Family Residential, up to <br />6.2 dwelling units per acre). Its land use designation is <br />LD -2 (Low Density Residential, up to 6 dwelling units per <br />acre). The proposed building density is ± 3.0 dwelling <br />units per acre. The subdivision's proposed road is to be <br />dedicated to the County. <br />The applicants, James and Charlotte Lawhon, are requesting <br />preliminary plat approval. <br />6.-APR P ;; 19085 <br />7 <br />BOOK , PACE 372 <br />
