He <br />explained that this agreement parallels the one with Florida <br />Land Company on the Riverbend project. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if this was any different, and <br />Attorney Brandenburg felt that this <br />case than the Florida Land contract. <br />Attorney William Caldwell, representing Indian River <br />Trails, felt that this matter could be delayed for a week, <br />but two weeks would hurt them in their preparation for going <br />before the Indian River Shores Council. He asked if <br />everything on this matter would go through the Scenic Roads <br />& Trails Committee, and Chairman Lyons noted that the <br />Committee advises the Board on these matters as Jungle Trail <br />is an important part of this County and the Board wants to <br />do whatever we can to keep the road's scenic character <br />intact. <br />Attorney Caldwell stated that his client feels the <br />is a much more clear cut <br />same. <br />Commissioner Scurlock recommended that this be matter <br />be rescheduled for next week after the meeting of the Scenic <br />Roads and Trails Committee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />tabled this matter until next Wednesday's meeting. <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION, SOUTH GIFFORD ROAD, EAST OF US #1 <br />- INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD ALIGNMENT <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis reviewed the following <br />memo dated 3/29/85: <br />47 <br />
