<br />Assistant County Attorney Jim Wilson and Building
<br />Director Ester Rymer presented staff's recommendation for
<br />adoption of the proposed ordinance amending the requirements
<br />for Certificates of Competency for contractors and sub-
<br />contractors. They advised that the fee structure can be
<br />established by Resolution.
<br />Director Rymer explained that the need for this came
<br />about in order to get away from air conditioning outfits
<br />coming in and paying only $9,00 for a license without having
