COUNTY DEED <br />BOOK 60 F°GE593 <br />THIS DEED, made this 17th day of April, 1985, by INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and JAMES B. CAIN and SUZANNE <br />B. CAIN, his wife, and EDGAR L. SCHLITT and MARGUERITE M. SCHLITT, <br />his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". <br />(Whenever used herein, the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall <br />include the singular and the plural, heirs, and assigns of <br />individuals -and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever <br />the context so admits or requires). <br />WITNESSETH that Grantor, for and in consideration of the <br />sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS in hand paid by Grantee, receipt whereof <br />is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the <br />Grantee, the following described land, situate, lying and being in <br />the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to wit: <br />All of that portion of the real property described in <br />Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, lying <br />west of Jungle Trail, as said right-of-way is described in Official <br />Record Book , Page , public records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />The purpose of this Deed is to convey all the right, <br />title and interest of Indian River County in and to the <br />above-described property arising by virtue of the filing of that <br />certain Maintenance Map in Official Record Book 9, Page 40, public <br />records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to <br />be signed and sealed on the day and year first above written. <br />Signed, sealed and delivered <br />in the presence of: <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM AND <br />L EGA1, -9 7F F CI ENjW : <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIA ER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA <br />BY: <br />CK B.
