RPR 17 1995 <br />Boor 60 F4CI <br />.E 613 <br />State Road 60 Water Project <br />RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />For and in consideration of the sum of $970.45 <br />RECEIVED from FAST FOOD ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida general <br />partnership, in hand this day paid,. the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, Florida, (the "County") hereby <br />releases the property hereinafter described from a certain special <br />assessment lien recorded by the County in its Official Records, <br />Book 0691, Page 0298, for a special assessment in the amount of <br />$970.45, plus accrued interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per <br />annum, levied in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />83-46 of the County, as amended, and Resolution No. 84-47 of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of the County; and hereby declares <br />such special assessment lien fully satisfied.
