Bargaining. Bargaining. <br />AM7CLE V ORAD — Imposes additional, mandatory fines for felonies, misdemeanors, & HB 1023 in House SB 591 in Senate <br />criminal traffic offenses. Revenue from the increased fines is utilized to fund overhead Judiciary.: Judiciary -Civil. is- <br />'costs, such as those costs for office space, automobiles, telephone service,,etc., for <br />state attorneys & public defenders.
