APR <br />BOOK 60 FnF 67 <br />PROCLAMATION - MENTAL HEALTH MONTH <br />The Chairman read the following proclamation aloud and <br />presented it to Ann DiStasio. <br />P R O C L A M A T I O N <br />WHEREAS, the MENTAL HEALTH BELL, one of the most <br />distinguished BELLS in the world, represents hope, vision and <br />liberty for the one in five persons in the United States who <br />suffer from mental illness; and <br />WHEREAS, the BELL symbolizes .the more than one million <br />volunteers working with the MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION to promote' <br />MENTAL HEALTH and prevent mental illness; and <br />WHEREAS, the MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION in Indian River <br />:County, Florida is dedicated to the promotion of mental health; <br />the prevention of mental .illness and improved care and treatment <br />of mentally ill people; and _ ?` <br />.. s+' r .tea .. .. •' - <br />WHEREAS, work is carried out in the community through a wide <br />:range of activities in social action, -.education, advocacy and <br />information;.. <br />1..
