FF",- - - - - <br />APR 24 1985 <br />- BOOK 60 Pt!G.E t <br />SECTION 3. <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />The Indian River County Family Mediation and Conciliation <br />Service shall be:' .administered as provided by order of the Chief <br />Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit. <br />SECTION 4. <br />T TT 1T T T 1T /t <br />The entire cost of providing the Family Mediation and <br />Conciliation Service shall be borne by those parties participating <br />in the service, as provided by Administrative Order of the Chief <br />Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit. The Board of County <br />Commissioners of • Indian River County, Florida, shall not be <br />responsible for the cost of providing such service, unless <br />subsequently appropriated in the County budget by the Board of <br />3 <br />County Commissioners. <br />SECTION 5. <br />REPEAL_ OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict. All Special Acts of the <br />legislature applying only to the unincorporated portion of Indian <br />River County and which. conflict with the provisions of this <br />ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 6. <br />SEVERABILITY <br />If any provision of this Ordinance or the application <br />thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, it is the <br />legislative intent that the invalidity shall not affect other <br />provisions or applications of this Section which . can be given in <br />effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this <br />end, the provisions of this Section are declared severable. <br />SECTION 7. <br />APPLICABILITY OF ORDINANCE <br />This ordinance shall be applicable throughout - Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />.2_ <br />
