Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court. The warrants so issued in settlement of the bills and accounts being listed <br />completely in the County Finance Record as provided by law, reference to such record <br />and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as <br />if the,said warrants were set out herein in detail. <br />The Court Depository filed its monthly statement showing receipts and disbursement <br />of the various funds, which having been checked over were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />adjourned until the regular meeting to be held the first Monday in July 1931. <br />C l e r k Chairman <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />TUXZDAY , -JUNE 9th 1931_, <br />The Board of County Commissioners innand for Indian River County, Florida, met <br />at the Court House in Vero Beach, at 2 o'clock P.M.Tuesday, June 9th 1931, on call <br />of the Chairman,. iwith- the following members of the Board present: Albert O.Helseth, <br />Chairman,J.D.Yongue; J.J.P.Homilton and J.W.LaBruce. Also p resent were Miles War <br />Clerk and Clark S. Rice, sheriff. <br />H.D.Barwick Co., Inc., a corporation offered and tendered the sum of $389.59 <br />for the purchase of Tax Certificate #511 sale of June 1923 for unpaid 1922 taxes, <br />and all subsequent omitted taxes such certificate covering Tracts 1 -to 16 inc., <br />Section 9 Tp 33 South Range 38 East 643 acres. It was moved, seconded and carried <br />that such amount be accepted including all taxes, costs, charges and fees. <br />The Bond of L. I.
