That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Tract 13 and the east 10 acres of Tract 14, Section 31, Township 32S, Range 39E, according to the last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 0 Tracts 3, 4, 5, and 6, Section 6, Township 33S, Range 39E, according to the last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Be changed from LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2 and RR -1, Rural Residential 1, to MD -1, Medium -Density Residential 1. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Use Element. Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 1st day of May 1985.
