For <br />review purposes, the property is zoned R-1, Single Family <br />Residential (6.2 dwelling units/acre) and has a LD -2, Low -Den- <br />sity Residential (6 dwelling units/acre) land use designation. <br />The property is now zoned RS -6 (Residential Single Family up <br />to 6 units/acre).
