<br />Nancy Cook, the owner, is requesting to rezone 4.3 acres
<br />located on the west side of Old Dixie Highway and north of 5th
<br />Place from RS -6, Single -Family Residential District (up to 6
<br />units/acre), to RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District (up
<br />to 6 units/acre).
