r� <br />54MY -8 1985 ORDINANCE N0. 8 5 - 43 BOOK �� F�1ur ®� <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and <br />pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the following described parcel of real <br />property lying West of Old Dixie Highway: Beginning <br />120' South of the NE corner of the SE4 of the NWS; <br />thence run South 1651; thence West 13201; thence <br />North 1651; hence run East 1320' to the Point of <br />Beginning; said property lying and being in the SEk <br />of the NWS of Section 13, Township 33S, Range 39E. <br />All land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from RS -6, Single -Family Residential District <br />to RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 8th day of May <br />1985. <br />BOARD 0 C UNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IN RIVER COUNTY <br />3 <br />B <br />PATRICK B.
