MAY 8 1985 BOOK 60 PA;E 85 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke that the Board adopt Resolution <br />85-50, accepting the dedication and maintenance of <br />31st Avenue, 11th Place, and 10th Place located within <br />Country Walk Subdivision. <br />Under discussion, Director Davis explained that the roads in <br />this subdivision are relatively new and were built to County <br />specifications and this acceptance is consistent with the <br />County's policies. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked if there were any deed <br />restrictions on this pertaining to road maintenance and Attorney <br />Brandenburg believed that the plat included language that it is a <br />private street until it is accepted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, but advised he vi -u 'd have that checked out before <br />the resolution is signed. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />56 <br />
