MAY 15 1985 1 <br />BOOK 60 P,A.�E 984 <br />Commissioner Scurlock stated that he is just saying that if <br />staff can identify those hearings that would pertain, that they <br />should send the Association a letter as a courtesy. <br />In further discussion, Administrator Wright suggested that <br />the Association simply be sent a copy of the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission agenda so they can identify what they are interested <br />in following up. He did not want staff to have to get into a <br />horrendous recording keeping process. <br />Commissioner Scurlock suggested posting a sign on the area <br />the site'"plan covers the same as is required for an area to be <br />rezoned. <br />It was agreed that the Property Owners Association should be <br />sent a copy of the Planning & Zoning Commission agendas, and <br />Commissioners Scurlock and Bowman agreed to reword their Motion <br />accordingly. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION on the Motion <br />as reworded.
