Those Minutes are being prepared <br />separately. <br />The Board reconvened at 11:15 o'clock A.M. with the same <br />members present. <br />WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO WEST COUNTY WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />NEAR 82ND AVENUE - AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 5/15/85: <br />THE HONORABLE BOARD 6F" TE: <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />THRU: TERRANCE G. PI o SUBJECT: WATER MAIN EXTENSION <br />82ND AVENUE - AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />MAY 15, 1985 FILE. <br />FROM: ro. REFERENCES: <br />RONALD R. BROOKS <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />It will be necessary to provide a water supply to the County's <br />proposed West County Wastewater Treatment Plant near 82nd Avenue and <br />8th Street. The Countryside development will be extending a 10 inch <br />water main along 82nd Avenue from State Road 60 to their development <br />and the Utilities Department proposes to continue the main to the <br />wastewater plant site to provide the necessary water service. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The services of a professional engineer are required to design the <br />proposed water line extension, obtain required DER permits, and <br />monitor the construction of the line. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve and execute the attached <br />agreement with Sippel, Masteller, Lorenz & Hoover, Inc. for the <br />required professional engineering services. <br />36 <br />
