`JUN <br />5 1995 <br />BOOK 61 PAGE 3' <br />Commissioner Bowman felt the quicker action is taken, the <br />better. <br />Commissioner Scurlock stated that although he personally was <br />ready to vote for this today, he would not object to it being <br />removed as he believed some want to state their side. <br />It was generally agreed to remove item 14C and reschedule it <br />for the next Regular Meeting. <br />Chairman Lyons informed the Board that he would report on <br />his meeting with the judges re a County Probation Officer. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Bird being delayed, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) added and deleted items <br />as described above. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 1, 1985. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, Commissioner Bird being delayed, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) approved the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of May 1, 1985, as written. <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />A. Duplicate Tax Sale Certificate <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, Commissioner Bird being delayed, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) approved issuance <br />of Duplicate Tax Sale Certificate No. 1076 to Joseph <br />DiPierro in the amount of $23.90 and authorized the <br />signature of the Chairman. <br />2 <br />
