Hunt REFERENCES: DIS • REMSins <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting on June 5, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Willie Bob and Cassandra A. <br />Jenkins,'owners of the subject property, for release of the 2.5 <br />foot side lot easements, being the north 2.5 feet of Lot 19 and <br />south 2.5 feet of Lot 18, Block G, Oslo Park. Lots 18 and 19, <br />Block G, Oslo Park Subdivision are found in Plat Book 3, Page <br />96, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. These lots <br />are 50 feet in width and 100 feet in depth. It is the Jenkins' <br />intention to construct a single family residence on these <br />combined lots. <br />The current zoning_ classification is RS -6, Single Family <br />Residential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density <br />Residential, up to six units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />This request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power <br />& Light Company, Florida Cablevision, the County Utility <br />Department and the County Right -of -Way Department. None of <br />these agencies had objections to the release of these ease- <br />ments. The zoning staff analysis, which included a site visit, <br />showed the drainage would be adequately handled by the existing <br />front and rear swales. <br />It is the zoning staff's opinion that to release the side lot 5 <br />foot utility and drainage easement would have no adverse <br />effect. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board, through adoption of a resolu- <br />tion, release the side lot 5 foot utility and drainage <br />easement, being the south 2.5 feet of Lot 18 and the north 2.5 <br />feet of Lot 19, Block G, Oslo Park Subdivision, Plat Book 3, <br />Page 96 of the Public Records of Indian River County. <br />5 <br />JUN 5 1985 <br />
