JUN 5 1985 BOOK 6t <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOAM OF COUNTY <br />W41ISSIONERS OF IMIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improve- <br />ments to 1st Street between 18th and 20th Avenues, heretofore designated <br />as Public Works Project No.8428, is hereby approved subject to the terms <br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock Who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commis- <br />sioner tiJo dtke and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Boman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William C. LYONS <br />Chairman <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on the petition <br />paving program for 18th Court between 6th and 8th Streets and <br />asked if anyone present wished to be heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 85-57, providing for the <br />paving and drainage improvements for Project <br />#8422 (18th Court between 6th and 8th Sts.); <br />64 <br />� a � <br />
