Hunt REFERENCES: Summerall <br />Code Enforcement Officer DIS:REMS <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of June 5, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Belinda K. Summerall owner of <br />subject property, for release of the side lot 5 foot easement <br />of Lots 8 and 9, Block C, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 2 being <br />the southerly 2.5 feet of Lot 8 and northerly 2.5 feet of Lot <br />9, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Official Record <br />Book 4, Page 13, of Indian River County, Florida. Lots 8 and <br />9, Block C, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #2 are found in Plat <br />Book 4, Page 13 :of the Public Records of Indian River County. <br />These lots are 50 feet in width and 100 feet in depth. It is <br />Ms. Summerall's intention to construct a single family <br />residence on these combined lots. <br />The current zoning classification is RS -6, Single Family <br />Residential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density <br />Residential, up to six units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />This request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power <br />& Light Company, Florida Cablevision, the County Utility <br />Department and the County Right-of-way Department. None of <br />these agencies had objections to the release of these <br />easements. The zoning staff analysis, which included a site <br />visit, showed the drainage would be adequately handled by the <br />existing front and rear swales. <br />It is the zoning staff's opinion that to release the.side lot 5 <br />foot utility and drainage easements, being the southerly 2.5 <br />feet of Lot 8 and northerly 2.5 feet of Lot 9, Block C, Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, Unit #2, would have no adverse effect. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through <br />resolution, the release of the side lot 5 <br />drainage easement being the southerly 2.5 i <br />northerly 2.5 feet of Lot 9, Block C, Oslo <br />Unit #2, Plat Book 4, Page 13 of the Public <br />River County. <br />7 <br />JUN 51985 <br />adoption of a <br />foot utility and <br />eet of Lot 8 and <br />Park Subdivision, <br />Records of Indian <br />
