RESOLUTION NO. 85-65 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the side <br />lot 3' easement of Lots 4, 5 and 12, Block 2, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates; together with the rear lot 5' easement of Lots 5 and 12 <br />and 11, Block 2, Sebastian Grove Estates and the westerly 45 feet <br />of the rear lot 5' easement of Lot 4, Block 2, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates; and the westerly 3' side lot easement of Lots 3 and 11, <br />Block 2, Sebastian Grove Estates; as recorded in Plat Book 5, <br />Page 85 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />Plat of Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision, for public utility <br />purposes, and will be released by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida subject to the <br />recording of a 10' wide easement along the easterly boundary of <br />Lot 11, continuing directly south through Lot 4, Block 2 <br />Sebastian Grove Estates.
