He felt we should proceed with this <br />as far as possible and get it in the budget. <br />Commissioner Wodtke agreed and noted that at budget time we <br />need to determine what kind of person we need, i.e., whether it <br />should be a public relations or planning position. He wished to <br />know if we need to retain OEDP Committee in a structural status <br />on a regular basis so they could do the required annual reevalu- <br />ation. <br />Director Keating confirmed that there is a need to evaluate <br />and update the plan on an annual basis, but he did not know <br />whether this requires action by the OEDP Committee per se. <br />Commissioner Wodtke continued to discuss the advisability of <br />keeping the OEDP committee structured to support and evaluate the <br />progress of the plan. <br />COMMISSIONER SCURLOCK CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />I. <br />36 <br />
