However, if the owner continues to charge a separate <br />amount for each water tap on a per gallon basis, then they would <br />probably need a franchise. <br />Lengthy discussion took place on the water charge being <br />charged as rent, as is the case with condominiums and mobile home <br />parks. <br />Attorney Brandenburg advised that the proposed resolution <br />provides that the water portion of the franchise will be <br />dissolved as soon as they tie into the County water system. <br />Chairman Lyons opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter.
