All the facilities of the Owner shall be constructed only in accordance <br />with plane and specifications approved by the State Board of Ilealth of the State <br />of Florida and the Indian River County Utilities Department and the quantity <br />and quality of sewerage treatment shall at all times be and remain not inferior <br />to the rules. regulations and standards now or hereafter adopted by the State <br />Board of Health.
