Release of Performance Bond - Pincrest Subdivision, Units II <br />and _III <br />The Board reviewed staff memo, as follows: <br />TO: DATE: FILE: <br />THE HONORABLE MENDERS OF June 17, 1985 <br />THE BOARD OF COUN'T'Y CONAaSSIONERS <br />THROUGH: <br />Michael Wright, SUBJECT: Request for Release of <br />Performance Bond - Pincrest <br />Subdivision, Unit II and III <br />FROM: James W. Davis, P.EP�'REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Director <br />Ron Mitchell, dba/Visa Builders, has posted two performance bonds <br />with the County. A $900 cash performance bond was posted on May 30, 1984 <br />to cover the grassing germination along Pincrest Subdivision Phase III <br />right-of-way. A $2500 cash performance bond was received in July, 1984 to <br />cover seeding germination and tree removal in Pinecrest Phase II and <br />drainage work in Colonial Heights Subdivision. The developer is requesting <br />release of these bonds. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The staff has inspected the grassing and bonded improvements and has <br />no objection to release of the $900 bond and the $2500 bond. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />It is reccamended. that the Board authorize release of the $900 and <br />$2500 bond for Pincrest Phase II and III. Funding to be from the County's <br />Escrow account. <br />� � r <br />
