Mme N : . <br />RESOLUTION 85- 70 <br />BOOK l f'�'UE 395 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF APPLICATION <br />FEES FOR CONCEPTUAL PRD SPECIAL EXCEPTION, PRELIMINARY PRD <br />PLAN, PRD FINAL SPECIAL EXCEPTION, PRD LAND DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, <br />FINAL PRD PLAN, PRD PLAN MINOR MODIFICATION, FINAL PRD PLAN <br />MAJOR MODIFICATION, SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUESTS, PLAT VACATION <br />REQUESTS, RE -INSPECTION OF DEVELOPMENT SITES, TEMPORARY USE <br />PERMITS, VARIANCE FROM SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Zoning Code requires the <br />establishment of fees by resolution of the Board of County <br />Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the fee schedule established herein is to cover <br />some of the notice, advertising, inspection, and administrative <br />costs incurred in the required review and hearing processes <br />associated with the applications and requests for which fees <br />are hereby being established. <br />Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />The following fee schedule is established: <br />I.
