Keatin , AIgR SION <br />Planning & Development Director <br />FROM: 4ZO <br />Betty Davis REFERENCES: Green <br />Code Enforcement Officer DIS:REMS <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of July 10, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Willie Mae Green, owner of <br />the subject property, for release of the rear lot 10 foot <br />easement of lots 24 and 25, Block D, Garden of Eden Subdivision <br />being the northerly 10 feet -thereof together with the side lot <br />5 foot easement of Lots 24 and 25, Garden of Eden Subdivision. <br />These lots are 50 feet in width and 100 feet in depth. It is <br />Mrs. Green's intention to consolidate the lots into one large <br />building site meeting the criteria of the C-lA zoning district, <br />and construct an improved parking area for her existing <br />residence and barber shop on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is C -1A. The land use <br />designation is MXD, Mixed Use District. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida. Power & <br />Light Company, Florida Cablevision, and the Utility and <br />Right-of-way Departments=. Based upon their review, there were <br />no objections to release of the easements. The zoning staff <br />analysis, which included a- `site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled on-site. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption <br />resolution, the release of the rear lot 10' easement of <br />and 25, Garden of Eden Subdivision, being the northerly <br />thereof together with the side lot 5 foot easement of <br />and 25, Block D, Garden of Eden Subdivision.
