JUL 10 1995 <br />BOOK 486 <br />Commissioner Wodtke commented that both Property Appraiser <br />Nolte and Tax Collector Morris feel this man can do a very <br />adequate and competent job, and he felt it is a good price. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the Letter of Agreement with the <br />Florida Center for Public Management, funding <br />to be from the General Fund and authorized <br />the signature of the Vice Chairman. <br />T. <br />yy FLORIDA CENTER FOR PUBLIC MANAGEMENT <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />JUNE 26, 1985 <br />This Setter of Agreement between Indian River County (County) and <br />the Florida Center for Public Management (FCPM), a unit of Florida <br />State University, defines the services to be provided by FCPM to <br />the County. This agreement shall begin on July 1, 1985, and end <br />September 30, 1985, unless amended by either party. <br />FCPM will: <br />1. Provide the County with consulting services to develop a <br />County—Wide Strategic Data Processing Plan. FCPM will provide <br />the County with up to 12 days of consulting services, billable <br />as actually used at a daily rate of $425 per day. The County <br />will be billed quarterly, and upon completion of the project, <br />for a total amount not to exceed $5,100 plus travel and <br />expenses at State of Florida rates. <br />2. The work product to be provided to the County by FCPM will <br />consist of a five year data processing plan, outlining the <br />needs.and requirements of the various county departments with <br />respect to the provision of data processing report. <br />The'County will: <br />1.
