Wednesday, July 17, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />July 17, 1985, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Vice President; Richard N. Bird; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Chairman Patrick B. Lyons was <br />absent recuperating from surgery. Also present were Michael J. <br />Wright, County Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, <br />Intergovernmental Relations Director; Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB <br />Director; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Vice Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order. <br />Dr. John Few of Christ Methodist by the Sea gave the <br />invocation, and Attorney Brandenburg led the Pledge of Allegiance <br />to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Administrator Wright requested the following items be added <br />to today's Agenda: <br />1) Authorization of Chairman's signature on the contract with <br />Coastline Utilities, Inc. for the construction of the <br />S.R. 60 wastewater force main. <br />2) Construction bid for the West Regional Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant. <br />Administrator Wright also requested the deletion of Item 10 - <br />Discussion re Wal-Mart Site Plan - from today's Agenda. <br />�aoK <br />JUL 17 1985 -L t:r: 49? <br />
